Setiap akun berjalan pada infrastruktur bersama dengan isolasi keamanan, dan tunduk pada batas wajar penggunaan resource (CPU, memori, dan penyimpanan) untuk menjaga stabilitas seluruh server.IndoHost provides fully managed shared hosting services. Each account runs on shared infrastructure with secure isolation, and is subject to reasonable resource usage limits (CPU, memory, and storage) to maintain overall server stability.

3. Pembayaran & Perpanjangan3. Payment & Renewal

• Pembayaran dilakukan di muka sesuai periode paket yang dipilih.Payment is made in advance according to the selected plan period.
• Perpanjangan layanan menjadi tanggung jawab pelanggan sebelum masa aktif berakhir.Renewal of the service is the responsibility of the customer before the active period ends.
• Keterlambatan pembayaran dapat mengakibatkan penangguhan sementara layanan.Late payment may result in temporary suspension of the service.
